Refund policy

At Starlight Tarot, your satisfaction is important to us. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and want to ensure your experience with us is fair, transparent, and respectful of your rights.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before finalising your order.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. To request a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at starlighttarot.au@gmail.com
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
  3. We may request that you return the item to us for assessment. If the item is confirmed to have a major fault, you will be offered a full refund, replacement, or repair. 

    We will cover the return shipping costs if the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Used personal care items (e.g. fragrance oils, mists, rollers)
  • Opened or used wellness products
  • Custom or made-to-order items

Unless these items are faulty, they are not eligible for return.

Returns Process

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please ensure the item is unused and in original packaging where possible.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Digital Products (eBooks, Online Courses, Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital items are final. This includes but is not limited to:

  • eBooks
  • Online course documents or recordings
  • Downloadable PDFs or files

Once a digital product is purchased, a dedicated download link will be provided to the buyer. By completing the purchase, you agree to waive your right to a refund for these products, as access is granted immediately upon payment.

Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, or if you fail to download or access the product correctly after purchase. However, if the digital file is faulty, corrupted, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days and we will assist you in accessing a correct version.
