Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup)

We offer a convenient, free Click & Collect option for our local customers to save on shipping costs.

Pickup Hours In-store pickup is available strictly on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM only. How Click & Collect Works:

  1. Place Your Order: Select "Pickup" at checkout.

  2. Wait for Confirmation: Please wait until you receive a "Ready for Pickup" email before traveling to the store. We need time to carefully prepare and pack your items!

  3. Collect Your Order: Visit our location during our designated pickup hours.

What to Bring To safely collect your order, please bring:

  • Your "Ready for Pickup" confirmation email (on your phone or printed).

  • A valid photo ID matching the name on the order.

Uncollected Orders We will hold your Click & Collect order for 14 days from the date your "Ready for Pickup" email is sent. If your order is not collected within this timeframe, we will cancel the order, restock the items, and issue a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. If you need more time to collect your order, please contact us ahead of time.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post, with the option of Standard or Express delivery.
Rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to selected countries. Please review the information below before placing your order.

We currently ship to the following oversea countries:
USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand, Japan, China, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia.

  • Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout.
  • All orders include tracking numbers which will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
  • Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.
