These pieces are completely natural, raw, and unpolished. Because both Azurite and Malachite are exceptionally soft, brittle minerals, it is completely normal for this specimen to "shed" tiny blue or green specks or dust when handled. We recommend finding a dedicated display spot where its powerful energy can radiate undisturbed. Crucially, never wash or soak this stone in water. Both minerals contain copper and can be damaged (and become toxic) if submerged. Simply dust it very lightly with a dry, soft brush!

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before finalising your order.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. To request a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at starlighttarot.au@gmail.com
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
- We may request that you return the item to us for assessment. If the item is confirmed to have a major fault, you will be offered a full refund, replacement, or repair.
We will cover the return shipping costs if the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Used personal care items (e.g. fragrance oils, mists, rollers)
- Opened or used wellness products
- Custom or made-to-order items
Unless these items are faulty, they are not eligible for return.
Returns Process
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please ensure the item is unused and in original packaging where possible.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
