Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before finalising your order.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. To request a return:

We may request that you return the item to us for assessment. If the item is confirmed to have a major fault, you will be offered a full refund, replacement, or repair.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Opened or used wellness products
Custom or made-to-order items

Unless these items are faulty, they are not eligible for return.

Returns Process
