These towers are carved with soul and intention from natural crystal. Please note that Selenite is an incredibly soft mineral (a 2 on the Mohs scale). It is completely normal for it to have natural, fibrous surface lines, internal "ice" fractures, or minor scuffs. Crucially, Selenite is water-soluble. Never wash, soak, or cleanse this twin tower with water, as it will lose its polished shine and eventually dissolve. Simply dust it lightly with a dry cloth!

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before finalising your order.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. To request a return:

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
We may request that you return the item to us for assessment. If the item is confirmed to have a major fault, you will be offered a full refund, replacement, or repair.

We will cover the return shipping costs if the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Used personal care items (e.g. fragrance oils, mists, rollers)
Opened or used wellness products
Custom or made-to-order items

Unless these items are faulty, they are not eligible for return.

Returns Process

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please ensure the item is unused and in original packaging where possible.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital items are final. This includes but is not limited to:
